Tracking and Reporting Progress

The types of reports delivered with the ConstructSim Work Package Server are listed in the Reports > Reports link window. The Reports drop-down menu displays the reports available, including trending and Iso List reports.

IPA Reports

Bentley has partnered with IPA (Independent Project Analysis) to facilitate IPA's analysis of your project through WPS. IPA can provide insight at every stage of your project, in the earliest stages of project authorization, before construction mobilization, and as the project progresses.

To import your data for IPA analysis, use the templates provided.

Import this information to your project. IPA then exports your data for expert analysis.

The following reports are available to view immediately after importing.

A report for each template imported. This report contains the same information as the template.
Reports that break up your information into "sections" for easier viewing.
Master Deliverables report. This report lists all the files in all the EWPs.
CWP Plan report. This report lists CWP information.
Procurement Status report. This report shows the planned and current dates for major equipment in the procurement lifecycle.
EWP Curve - Deliverables Tracking report. This report compares the actual deliverable performance with the planned performance for each discipline.
